Lori Hatfield, is the Managing Director of the Archer House. Lori has 16 years of experience in retail and customer service. Prior to working at The Archer House, she worked 11 years for Nelson's Super Value in Faribault, Minnesota. At Nelson's, she managed the deli, Flashback Restaurant, and catering department.

Lori joined The Archer House in 1993. Lori coordinates the banquets and conferences herself, but also directs the supervisor of housekeeping.

Jessica Miller is the Guest Services Director of the Archer House. She has more than 10 years of customer service experience. Prior to moving back to Northfield in 2004, she worked for more than 6 years at Jefferson Pub and Grill in Winona, MN. Besides serving and bartending, Jessica was also a member of the supervising staff.

She also enjoys reading and has worked for bookstores as an extra job whenever possible. Jessica enjoys working with people, and has been very happy to find her niche here at the Archer House in making people's visit a happy one.
